The need for a comprehensive solution to bridge the gaps in communication became evident as our teams operated across the United States and Israel, with distinct market and product focuses. To meet this challenge, I spearheaded the creation of The Intersection, a groundbreaking company-wide quarterly newsletter.

  • Big Wins: In this section, we highlight the major accomplishments across different teams and locations, with a special focus on Sales. It serves as a platform to recognize and celebrate the collective success of Rekor.ā€

  • Upcoming Events: Keeping the workforce engaged and informed about ongoing events, this section acts as a live feed, letting employees know where Rekor will be heading and when.
  • Now Streaming: Showcasing new podcast episodes and videos produced by Rekor. This engaging multimedia content provides an immersive experience for employees, keeping them abreast of the latest developments through a format that aligns with contemporary communication trends.ā€

Re:think Innovation Series: Where Complexity Meets Creativity

Inception and Objectives

Recognizing the need to simplify complex technological concepts for a broader audience, I introduced the Re:think Innovation Series. Collaborating with executive-level Engineering talent, the series aims to present intricate ideas in an accessible and engaging manner.

Visual Elements and Presentation Style

  • Colorful Presentation Decks: Departing from Rekor's traditional brand colors, the presentation decks are infused with bright, inviting colors, creating a visually stimulating experience that captures the audience's attention.ā€
