My Role
βAs a freelance graphic designer and product photographer for ICONIC Protein, my responsibilities encompassed creating a visually appealing and cohesive brand presence across various platforms. This involved designing graphics for social media, digital advertising, and in-store promotions, as well as contributing to packaging design and revamping the company's eCommerce website.
Social Media Graphics
βThe social media landscape, particularly on Instagram, played a pivotal role in ICONIC's marketing strategy. I crafted engaging graphics for Instagram posts and Stories, ensuring that the content resonated with the target audience. The visuals not only showcased the product's quality but also communicated the brand's commitment to excellence.
In-Store Advertising
βTo capture the attention of consumers in physical stores, I designed graphics for various advertising materials, including floor decals, large signage, and pop-up stands. These materials were strategically placed in prominent locations within partner stores like Sprouts, H E B, Walmart, Kroger, Wegman's, and Whole Foods, enhancing brand visibility and driving sales.
Packaging Design
βA highlight of my collaboration with ICONIC was the design of the bottle package for the new Cacao + Greens flavor. Teaming up with an illustrator, we created a vivid vector drawing of cacao beans and green vegetables. The resulting design not only adhered to ICONIC's brand standards but also introduced modern elements to differentiate it from existing flavors. The successful implementation of this design led to its nationwide availability on store shelves.
Website Redesign
βRecognizing the importance of a strong online presence, I spearheaded a comprehensive redesign of ICONIC's eCommerce website. The goal was to align the site with the brand's identity and voice while improving the overall shopping experience for customers. This initiative involved reimagining multiple pages and transforming the presentation of product photography. By creating standardized backgrounds and capturing new photos, I contributed to a visually striking website that reduced reliance on third-party resellers.
Results
